Distribution: Europe: Several lakes in northern Scotland, especially draining to North Minch (strait between Highland, Skye Island and Hebrides Islands): Loch near Ben Hope, possibly Loch Merkland in Sutherland, Loch Clair, Loch Coulin, possibly Loch Maree in Wester Ross, Loch Langavat and Loch na Craobhaig in Isle of Lewis.
