 Distribution:  Africa: Lake Mweru system, Luapula River, Lake Bangwelu system and Chambezi River (upper Congo River basin) in Democratic Republic of the Congo and Zambia (Ref. 43912).
 Diagnosis:   
 Biology:  Oviparous, eggs are unguarded (Ref. 205).
