Description: Characterized by having variable color, uniformly white, beige, reddish-brown, pink, orange or bright red; soft dorsal fin with small black spot posteriorly; strongly oblique and upturned mouth; concave snout; head, body and fins relatively without tentacles and cirri except prominent skin flap above each eye; two tentacles on underside of lower jaw; body depth 1.9-2.2 in SL (Ref. 90102).
